Homemade Pizza Fries Recipe

Ingredients: White Sauce

1 or 2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour (Maida)
1 & 1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 Tsp Oregano
1/2 Tsp White Pepper (Or to Taste)
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper (Or to Taste)
1/2 Chicken Cube (Optional)
1/2 Tsp Salt

Pizza Fries Layering

French Fries
Capsicum
Tomatoes
Black Olives
Tikka Boti
Mozzarella Cheese
Oregano
Chili Flakes

Complete Recipe (Step by Step)

  1. In a pan, heat 1 Tbsp salted butter on low flame.
  2. As butter starts melting add 2 Tbsp plan flour.
  3. Cook on low flame. Don’t burn flour and butter.
  4. When butter and flour is combined, add 1 & 1/2 cup of room temperature milk. Add slowly and keep stiring to avoid lumps. Mix with a whisk quickly. So, that it turns creamy and lump free.
  5. Turn off flame and add 1/2 Tsp garlic powder, sprinkle some oregano, 1/2 Tsp white pepper or to taste, 1/2 Tsp freshly crushed black pepper or to taste, 1/2 chicken cube (Optional). But do add because it adds flavour in white sauce, 1/2 Tsp salt. Mix all the ingredients together.
  6. Switch on the flame on low and cook for few seconds. Thick creamy sauce is ready. If sauce is too thick, add 1/4 cup milk to make it bit pour able.
  7. Fry some fries and cook some tikka bites or add store bought. (Choice is up-to-you)
  8. Assemble all the layering ingredients, such as tikka bites, fries. Cut capsicum, tomatoes into small cubes.
  9. Shred mozzarella cheese as much as you like. Keep aside some black olives, cut in small cubes, some chili flakes, oregano for sprinkling.
  10. Start layering in rectangular baking dish. First layer with fries and pour some white sauce. Than add tikka bites and keep repeating till it reaches to the top of the pan.
  11. Cover the top with mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle some tomatoes, capsicum and black olives.
  12. Sprinkle some oregano. Lastly sprinkle some chili flakes.
  13. Grill at 200°F for 8 – 10 minutes or till cheese is melted.
