Ingredients:
1000 Grams Chicken Thigh Pieces Cut in Half
1+1/4 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Red Chili Flakes
1/2 Tsp Red Chili Powder
1 Tsp Crushed Cumin
1 Tsp Crushed Coriander
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
4 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1/2+1/4 Tikka Masala
1/4 Tsp Garam Masala
400 ml (2 Cups) Coconut Milk
Complete Recipe (Step by Step)
- Marinate chicken with all the ingredients for 4 hours or 2 hours except coconut milk.
- After 2 hours, add 2 cups of coconut milk in pressure cooker and add the marinated chicken.
- Chicken should be half dipped.
- Close pressure lid and cook chicken on high flame till its pressure cooker weight starts moving.
- Once the weight is moving, lower the flame to low and cook for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, release the pressure and open the lid.
- Cook on high flame till coconut milk dries out.
- Garnish it with some promenade and serve it with mint sauce or tamarind sauce.
