Ingredients:

550-600 Grams Boneless Fish
2 Tbsp Vinegar
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Ginger Paste
1 Tsp Garlic Paste

Ingredients: (For Coating)

1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Red Pepper
3 Eggs Corn Flour (As Required)
Bread Crumbs (As Required)

Complete Recipe (Step by Step)

Marination Method:

  1. Place 550-600 grams boneless fish in a large dish.
  2. Add 1 Tbsp ginger paste, 1 Tbsp garlic paste, 2 Tbsp vinegar, 1 Tbsp soy sauce.
  3. Rub marination over fish.
  4. Let it marinate for minimum 4 hours or maximum 24 hours.
  5. After 4 hours of marination, strain fish and keep aside.

For Coating:

  1. Beat 2 eggs with pinch of salt, pinch of red chili powder.
  2. Prepare 2 cup corn flour in one pan and bread crumbs in another pan.
  3. Coat fish with corn flour, then coat with egg and then coat with bread crumbs.
  4. Coat all pieces and refrigerate for 20 minutes (Optional)
  5. Heat oil in a wok and fry fish on medium flame.
  6. Wait till turns golden from one side then flip over.
  7. Fry till golden brown.
  8. Serve with lemon, garlic sauce and fries.
