Ingredients:
550-600 Grams Boneless Fish
2 Tbsp Vinegar
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Ginger Paste
1 Tsp Garlic Paste
Ingredients: (For Coating)
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Red Pepper
3 Eggs Corn Flour (As Required)
Bread Crumbs (As Required)
Complete Recipe (Step by Step)
Marination Method:
- Place 550-600 grams boneless fish in a large dish.
- Add 1 Tbsp ginger paste, 1 Tbsp garlic paste, 2 Tbsp vinegar, 1 Tbsp soy sauce.
- Rub marination over fish.
- Let it marinate for minimum 4 hours or maximum 24 hours.
- After 4 hours of marination, strain fish and keep aside.
For Coating:
- Beat 2 eggs with pinch of salt, pinch of red chili powder.
- Prepare 2 cup corn flour in one pan and bread crumbs in another pan.
- Coat fish with corn flour, then coat with egg and then coat with bread crumbs.
- Coat all pieces and refrigerate for 20 minutes (Optional)
- Heat oil in a wok and fry fish on medium flame.
- Wait till turns golden from one side then flip over.
- Fry till golden brown.
- Serve with lemon, garlic sauce and fries.
