Ingredients:
15 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
1/4 Tsp Vanilla Powder / Vanilla Extract / Vanilla Essence
3 Tbsp Melted Butter
2 Medium Egg White
1/2 Cup Sugar Powder
Chocolate Syrup / Chocolate Spread
Complete Recipe (Step by Step)
- In a bowl, add 15 tbsp all purpose flour (Sifted)
- Add 1/2 cup sugar powder, 3 tbsp melted butter, 1/4 tsp vanilla powder or vanilla essence. Mix all ingredients together.
- Beat 2 medium egg whites and add in the mixture and mix well. The texture should be creamy and ribbon should form when lifted from the spoon.
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, take mixture out from the refrigerator and mix batter with a spatula.
- Heat a hot plate or frying pan on medium flame. Take 1/8 cup or 2 tbsp of batter and pour over the pan.
- Spread with brush in round circles on a low flame.
- Spread it thin as its easy to roll.
- When bubbles start appearing on the top, flip it over and cook for few seconds.
- Quickly roll it while it’s still hot.
- Place the pencil on one edge of the vanilla pancake and roll the pencil holding the pancake edge to form a roll shape.
- Hold the roll with pencil inside for few seconds or till it holds its shape.Than slowly slide the pencil out of the roll.
- Let it cool down completely.
- Repeat the process with rest of the batter.
- Serve with Chocolate Spread or Chocolate Syrup.
