  • Take 500 grams beef qeema with 10% of fat. If you don’t have fat in your beef qeema than add 1-2 tbsp butter / ghee.
  • Use ground meat for best results. Don’t grind it in chopper.
  • Add 1 tbsp crushed coriander, not powder. 1 tsp salt or to taste, 3/4 tsp chili flakes or to taste, 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper not powder, 1/2 tsp chili powder or to taste, 1/2 tsp cumin powder. 1 tsp all spices powder (Garam Masala) and 1/2 tsp turmeric power. Now add 3-4 tsp bread crumbs. Add 1/2 cup coriander leaves. Add 2 tbsp finely chopped green chilies or to taste.
  • Chop 1 medium size onion and squeeze its water. Add in the qeema mixture. Add 1 tbsp garlic paste, 1/2 tbsp ginger paste, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 egg. Mix until well combined.
  • Mixing it well will bind the kebabs well.
  • After mixing for 5 minutes, refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Wet hands with water and give shape of patty. Cold qeema is easy for giving patty shape.
  • Stick Test: Heat oil on medium flame. Dip the stick in the hot oil and if you see bubble around the stick. Than oil is ready for frying. Deep fry it or shallow fry it.
  • When kebabs are showing in golden brown in colour, than remove from oil and keep aside.
  • In a separate frying pan, heat 1 tbsp ghee (Clarified Butter) or cooking oil.
  • Add 2 medium size grinded tomatoes or tomato paste.
  • Cook for few seconds and add 1 pinch salt or 1/8 tsp salt or to taste. Add 1 pinch black pepper crushed. Add the fried kebabs in the tomato mixture. Add 1 medium size sliced onion. Add coriander leaves with some green chilies. Sprinkle some chili flakes and 1 tsp lemon juice with 1 tsp butter.
