Preparation before Chicken Marination

6 Chicken Leg Pieces, Add enough water, 2 Tbsp Salt, 3-4 Tbsp Vinegar. Keep aside for 1 hour. Than wash thoroughly.

Ingredients: (For Marination)

6 Chicken Leg Pieces
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp Cream
3 Tbsp Yogurt
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tbsp Green Chili Paste
1 Tsp Sriracha Sauce
1 Tsp Kashmiri Mirch
1 Tsp Chili Red Powder
1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Chat Masala
1 Tsp Cumin Powder
2 Pinch Food Colour
1 Chicken Cube (Optional) or 1 Tsp Chicken Powder
2 Tbsp Oil
Note: Marinate Chicken for 2 Hours

Complete Recipe (Step by Step)

For Frying

  • Heat 2 Tbsp Butter & 2 Tbsp Oil. Add chicken and fry till fully cooked on high flame. When fully cooked. Let it cool down. Than grill on net to give black marks like BBQ. Brush chicken with butter and give coal smoke.

For Masala

  • Heat oil and cook the marination for few minutes. Add 2 Tbsp cream and cook till oil separates. Than apply over chicken and drizzle hot cream with 2 Tbsp melted butter. Add coriander leaves for garnishing.
