Ingredients: (500 Grams Chicken)
500 Grams Chicken Boneless Thighs
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Paprika Powder
1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
1 Tsp Cumin Powder
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder (Freshly Crushed)
1 Tbsp Garlic Paste
2 Tbsp Tomato Paste or Puree
1 Tbsp Vinegar
2 Tsp Lemon Juice
Marinate for 1 – 2 hours
Mozzarella Cheese as much required
Coriander Leaves
Chili Flakes as much required

3/4 Cup Yogurt
3 Tsp Lemon Juice

Ingredients: (White Sauce)
1-2 Tbsp Butter
1 Tbsp Flour
1+1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/4 Tsp Oregano Leaves
1/2 Tsp Parsley Leaves
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 Tsp White Pepper Powder
1/4 Tsp Chicken Cube (Optional)
Complete Recipe (Step by Step)
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok and add marinated chicken in it.
- Cook chicken on high flame for 1 – 2 minutes.
- When chicken turns white, cover and let it cook on low flame until chicken is done and its water dries out.
- When chicken is cooked. Keep aside.
White Sauce Preparation:
- In a separate pan, heat butter on low flame. Don’t burn the butter.
- When butter melts, add flour and stir continuously for a minute on low flame.
- When flour is cooked, add milk and keep stirring to avoid lumps. Cook on low flame for 1 minute.
- Add salt, black pepper powder,oregano leaves, parsley leaves, garlic powder, white pepper powder and chicken cube.
- Cook till sauce thickened. Don’t cook too thick. Sauce should be pourable, not too thick.
- Arrange chicken on sizzler plate.
- Pour the hot sauce over the chicken.
- Cover the whole chicken with white sauce.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and cover it.
- Cook on low flame till cheese melts.
- Broil for few minutes to give brown marks over the cheese (Optional)
- Serve hot with some coriander leaves and sprinkle some chili flakes.
