1 Cup Oil or Unsalted Butter
2 Cups Sugar Powder
4 Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

1/2 Cup Oil or Unsalted Butter
1 Cup Sugar Powder
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Essence / Extract
1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/3 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
Complete Recipe (Step by Step)
- This recipe makes 30 – 32 brownies.
- Pour 1 cup oil or unsalted butter in a bowl. Add 2 cup sugar powder. Add 4 eggs. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- Add 1 Tsp vanilla essence / extract.
- Add dry ingredients. Sift 1 cup all purpose flour, 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/4 Tsp salt, 1/2 Tsp baking powder. Mix all the ingredients together well. Scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl to mix all the dry ingredients properly.
- Line the 8×12 inches baking pan with a butter paper and grease the sides and bottom of the pan. Pour the brownie batter. Bake in preheated over at 350°/180°C for 45 minutes.
- Bake till tooth pick has some crumbs attach to it.
- Don’t remove from pan while it’s still hot. Let it cool down completely. Than take out very slowly as it is too soft.
- Take out from pan and cut into squares. Enjoy soft, fudgy brownie with coffee or vanilla ice cream.
