Ingredients: (For Mango Custard)

2 Tbsp Sugar
4 Tbsp Corn Starch / Corn Flour
1 & 1/4 Cup Milk
3/4 Cup Mango Puree

Ingredients: (For Puree)

200 Grams Chopped Mangoes
2 Tbsp Sugar

Ingredients: (For Whipped Cream)

1 Cup Whipping Cream
1/4 Cup Puree
100 Grams Vanilla Cake / Vanilla Muffins / Vanilla Pond Cake
7 Small Serving Bowls or Cups

Complete Recipe (Step by Step)

  1. Take 200 grams of chopped mangoes in a bowl. Add 2 Tbsp powdered sugar. Grind into puree. Take out 1/4 cup from the puree and keep aside.
  2. In a cooking pan. Add 2 Tbsp sugar and 4 Tbsp corn starch. Add 1&1/4 cup milk and mix till lumps are dissolved. Add 3/4 cup mango puree. Mix till all lumps are dissolved. Cook on medium flame.Keep mixing until it thickens.
  3. Pour 1/4 cup of custard in each serving cup while its still hot. Let it cool down completely.
  4. Take 100 grams vanilla cake / vanilla muffins / vanilla pond cake and crumble it and keep aside.
  5. Chop mangoes as much required.
  6. In a separate bowl. Pour 1 cup chilled whipping cream. Beat till soft peak forms. Add 1/4 cup mango puree which was set aside before and fold gently.
  7. Add 2 Tbsp crumbled cake in each serving cup. This recipe makes small 7 serving cups. Add 1 Tbsp finely chopped mangoes in each cup.
  8. Pour 1 Tbsp whipped mango cream in a each cup with piping bag or spoon. Even out the whipped cream layer.
  9. Add some cake crumbles over cream. Garnish with some mango slices.
  10. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
