1 Egg
1/2 Cup Milk
1 & 1/2 Tbsp Oil
1 Tsp Vanilla Essence / Extract
1/4 Cup Sugar
Pinch of Salt
1 Cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
1 Tsp Baking Powder
Some Maple Syrup or Honey
How To make Complete Recipe (Step by Step)
- In a bowl, add 1 egg, 1/2 cup milk, 1&1/2 tbsp oil, 1 tsp vanilla essence/extract, 1/3 cup sugar and pinch of salt. Mix well all together.
- Sift 1 cup all purpose flour, 1 tsp baking powder.
- Whisk until you see smooth batter.
- Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, take 1/2 cup of batter and pour on hot plate.
- Cook on low to medium flame.
- Flip over when bubbles start forming.
- Wait for 1 minute and remove. Keep repeating the process.
- Serve with butter and drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
