Ingredients:
2 – 3 Packs Of Wheat Biscuits
1 Small Can Of Fruit Cocktail
2 Cups Whipping Cream
1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
Complete Recipe (Step by Step)
- Take 3 packets of wheat biscuits. Arrange in serving dish (Round or Rectangle). Keep side.
- Beat 400 ml of dairy whipping cream. Chill cream before beating. Add 1/4 Tsp vanilla essence. In summer beat dairy cream over bowl of ice to keep it chill.
- Beat the cream till soft peak forms.
- Add 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk.
- Fold the condensed milk slowly.
- Take one can of fruit cocktail and strain its syrup.
- In a serving dish. Cover the biscuits with cream and spread fruit over the cream. Layer the biscuits over the fruits and than cover the biscuits with a cream and with fruits. Repeat the layers.
- Garnish with crushed biscuits and fruits. Refrigerate for 4 – 6 hours.
- Best Served when Chilled.
