Ingredients:

100 Grams Boiled Potatoes
½ Tsp Salt
½ Tsp Chili Flakes
½ Tsp Cumin Powder
¼ Tsp Ajwain
1 Tbsp Green Chili
1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
4 Bread Slices
2 Tbsp Plain Flour
2 Tbsp Corn Flour
Bread Crumbs (For Coating)
Oil (For Frying)

Complete Recipe (Step by Step)

  1. Mash 3 boiled potatoes. Add 1 Tsp Salt, 1/3 Tsp Ajwain, 1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder, 1/2 Tsp Chili Flakes, 1 Tbsp Green Chilies, 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Spread 2 Tbsp potato mixture on each slice or as much required.
  3. Cut each bread in rectangle shape.
  4. For coating, mix 2 Tbsp Corn Flour with 2 Tbsp plain flour. Add 1/8 Cup water to make a liquid paste.
  5. Take some bread crumbs and spread on a flat plate.
  6. Coat each slice in flour batter than in bread crumbs and keep aside.
  7. If you want spicy, adjust the ingredients according to taste.
  8. These potato sticks have mild spices, best for kids school or afternoon snack.
  9. Four slices of bread make 15-16 sticks.
  10. Refrigerate if for 1/2 hour before frying.
  11. Shallow fry it on medium flame.
  12. Fry till golden brown.
