Ingredients:
100 Grams Boiled Potatoes
½ Tsp Salt
½ Tsp Chili Flakes
½ Tsp Cumin Powder
¼ Tsp Ajwain
1 Tbsp Green Chili
1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
4 Bread Slices
2 Tbsp Plain Flour
2 Tbsp Corn Flour
Bread Crumbs (For Coating)
Oil (For Frying)

- Mash 3 boiled potatoes. Add 1 Tsp Salt, 1/3 Tsp Ajwain, 1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder, 1/2 Tsp Chili Flakes, 1 Tbsp Green Chilies, 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves. Mix all the ingredients together.
- Spread 2 Tbsp potato mixture on each slice or as much required.
- Cut each bread in rectangle shape.
- For coating, mix 2 Tbsp Corn Flour with 2 Tbsp plain flour. Add 1/8 Cup water to make a liquid paste.
- Take some bread crumbs and spread on a flat plate.
- Coat each slice in flour batter than in bread crumbs and keep aside.
- If you want spicy, adjust the ingredients according to taste.
- These potato sticks have mild spices, best for kids school or afternoon snack.
- Four slices of bread make 15-16 sticks.
