Ingredients:
4 Chicken Whole Legs
1&1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Heaped Chili Flakes
1 Tsp Heaped Red Pepper
1 Tsp Heaped Garlic Paste
1 Tsp Heaped Chat Masala
1/4 Cup Oil
1 Cup Water
1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
Complete Recipe (Step by Step)
- Take 4 chicken whole leg pieces, cut in half and make cuts over each piece.
- Add 1 cup water in a pressure cooker. Add 1/4 cup oil in a water. Add 1&1/2 Tsp salt, 1 Tsp heaped chili flakes, 1 Tsp red pepper. Also add 1 Tsp heaped chat masala, 1/4 Tsp turmeric powder, 1 Tsp heaped garlic paste. Mix all the ingredients well.
- Place the chicken pieces in the mixture and coat each piece with the marination.
- Note: When pressure weight starts moving then lower the flame to medium to low. Let it cook for 7 minutes.
- Give pressure for 7 – 8 minutes on medium flame.
- after 7 minutes, switch off flame and release its steam.
- When cooker cooled down, remove its weight and open.
- Chicken is cooked. But don’t touch and cook on high flame to dry out its water.
- When water dries out, Steam Roast is ready.
- Sprinkle some sesame seeds over the Roast and serve with Raita and Puri Paratha.
